Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase to qualify for a gift card return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with deoderant, smoke, animal dander or any other debris/residue will not be eligible for a store credit gift card. Izzy & Gab reserves the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear or tear even if original tags are still in tact. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a full store credit minus a $20 re-stocking fee in the form of a gift card via email with a gift card code. Please allow up to 15 days to be issued store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Which can be used in our online website or in person in store. Izzy & Gab does not issue cash or credit card refunds as we are a boutique and not a big box retailer.

*If your item is received after the 14 day return window policy and/or not in original conditon, your item will be returned back to you via USPS ground shipping.

Please allow up to 72 hours to respond, as our response times are longer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Izzy & Gab inspects every item that comes in to our showroom. We check and steam the garments before they are allowed to be sold, so you can be assured you're receiving an item that has been checked for our standard of quality.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as beauty items, undergarments, personal care items and bathing suits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and purchase the other item while your return is being processed.
